1. Handmade Quality

Each ceramic piece is crafted with care and is unique, showcasing natural variations in size, shape, color, and design.
Expect 10–15% shrinkage during the drying and firing process, a hallmark of authentic handmade pottery.
Glaze finishes may result in subtle color shifts, adding charm and individuality to every creation.

2. Classes & Learning

Beginner Classes: Perfect for those looking to explore and have fun with pottery. Advanced techniques require time and practice.
Advanced Classes: Designed for participants seeking to refine and elevate their skills.
Class durations: Adults: 90mins, Kids: 60mins
Please arrive promptly to make the most of your session.

3. Safety & Conduct

Your safety is our priority. Follow all studio safety guidelines provided by our instructors.
Parents or guardians must supervise young children during sessions.
Help us maintain a welcoming atmosphere by treating instructors, fellow participants, and the studio space with respect.

4. Payments & Policies

All fees are non-refundable unless the class or session is canceled by the studio.
Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled. We encourage timely communication for any changes.
Completed pottery pieces must be collected within 30 days to ensure proper storage.

5. Studio Care & Responsibility

Pottery is an unpredictable art form; occasional changes or breakages during firing are a natural part of the process.
Treat studio equipment and materials with care. Damages caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
Help us keep the studio clean by following proper workspace practices.

6. Privacy & Promotions

Our team may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to participate, kindly inform us beforehand.

7. Special Requests & Customizations

Custom requests for sessions, decorations, or pottery projects are welcome! However, they are subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges.
